Wines

HVW offers a wide selection of red wines, blends and white wines. New this year, our signature slushies. Check back weekly for flavors and specials. Great for cooling off after a motorcycle ride to the vineyards.

Wine tastings offered daily, blending parties are scheduled throughout the season and can get quite competitive. The wining team takes home a coveted prize.

Events and Weddings

Our 5,100 sq ft barn, pavilion, pond area and vineyards have hosted many beautiful weddings, cocktail parties, showers and reunions. Please contact us for availability and rates. We’re open April – December and are wheel chair accessible.

What To Expect When Visiting

We have plenty of seating inside our barn, in the shade under our 2,500 sq ft pavilion, at the grain silos with adirondack chairs and fire pits as well as picnic tables at the ponds. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and lunch or partake in our food trucks. Ask for a wine tour and you’ll have the opportunity to taste a variety of wines, learn about the wine-making process from start to finish. This includes understanding how the grapes are harvested, the fermentation process, and even the steps to age and bottle wine.

Well-Behaved Dogs on Leashes Invited

Your furry family member(s) are greeted by HVW’s friendly pups and treated with fresh water and home made dog treats. Plenty of tennis balls to go around. Please keep in mind deer love to munch on our vines and they are protected with electrical fencing. If you’d like to explore, let us know and we can turn them off.
